When he was just 15-years-old, Vincenzo Longobardi began his career in the restaurant industry, fueled by a love of food and passion for cooking. Born in Napoli, Italy, he was inspired by the beauty of the sea and local Neapolitan cuisine; it’s no surprise that after a local chef took him under his wing, he began perfecting his craft.
At 19, he came to America and became the chef at Trattorria Gallo in Lincolnshire and later he worked with the chefs from Armands. Motivated by his passion for growth and four sons who shared the same love for food, Vincenzo went out on his own.
Now, Vinnie, Fonzy, Nico, and Eddie - four brothers and professional chefs - prepare all food and cook everything in house alongside their mother Wanda who specializes in homemade desserts and cakes.
