When he was just 15-years-old, Vincenzo Longobardi began his career in the restaurant industry, fueled by a love of food and passion for cooking. Born in Napoli, Italy, he was inspired by the beauty of the sea and local Neopolitan cuisine; it’s no surprise that after a local chef took him under his wing, he began perfecting his craft.

At 19, he came to America and became the chef at Trattorria Gallo in Lincolnshire and later he worked with the chefs from Armands. Motivated by his passion for growth and three sons who shared the same love for food, Vincenzo went out on his own.

Now, Vinnie, Fonzy, and Eddie - three brothers and professional chefs - prepare all food and cook everything in house. As a family-run business, the chefs like to be completely hands-on to give their customers quality, authentic Italian food prepared by chefs with deep Italian roots.

With over 80 years’ experience, the Longobardi family continues their legacy of fine Italian cuisine.
